non-refundable, so please be sure to check the
spelling twice on all personalized items before placing your order, as we cannot
be held responsible for any spelling errors that were submitted with the order, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or
order cancellations on personalized merchandise.
If an error is made on
our part, we will promptly exchange it for an identical item with the same
personalization. If this is your first time ordering from Sharp Creations,

Personalization
The personalization
pictured on the pillowcases and the tooth fairy pillow pockets throughout our website is actually a computer font, and is only meant to show
where, not how, the name is personalized.
Actual personalization
is carefully created individually by hand with a permanent fabric paint pen in
black to make the name "pop"out, then stars or hearts are added in a
coordinating color.
Please pay close attention to the
style
(hand-painted, appliquéd, monogrammed, embroidered) of
personalization that is offered for the product you are ordering. When ordering
our personalized pillowcases, please be aware that we do offer two different
sizes of pillowcases (Full and Travel).
